Our product is made by natural materials such as rattan, bamboo, seagrass, water hyacinth, ceramic, encrust and other material that is very friendly environment and economic benefits. Factory’s main markets are USA, Janpan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Korea, Europe and other countries.

Receiving Design from the Customer

The customer sends the product design to us via email or other means.

We confirm the receipt of the design and inform the customer. At the same time, we discuss the customer’s specific requirements and conduct a meeting or exchange to clarify the information.

Prototype Creation

We make a prototype based on the original design. This prototype will be manufactured for the purpose of testing feasibility, quality, and design.

We send the prototype to the customer for technical inspection and quality assessment. Based on feedbacks from the customer and test results, we adjust and improve the prototype until final approval is obtained from the customer.

Mass Production

Once the customer confirms the sample and allow us to proceed with mass production, we begin the mass production process based on the approved prototype and established production plan.

Each product in the production process will undergo quality inspection to ensure compliance with the customer’s standards and requirements. After inspection and packaging, the product will be delivered to the address designated by the customer. This process is designed to ensure that the final product not only meets all customer requirements but also achieves the highest quality standards throughout the production process.
